Our Government, spy on it's citizens? never . . .
So, at the Grisham Library in Newport News, I noticed there is what the librarian calls a "temperature sensor" on the ceiling over the reference section. Of course they have a real one on the wall near the main desk area also, but it looked like another fake looking one over the chairs in the periodical section as well.

There's no intake vents in these areas, btw.
I can't find any exmples of ceiling mounting temperature detectors online, as it doesn't make sense to have one, only human level would seem to be prudent. If she had said it was a
smoke or CO alarm, it would have been almost believabe. It looked very similar to this here, btw:

This ties in with my theory of overt spying very nicely I think.

Gov't Spying
| Jul 20 6:41pm (my post to okcupid journal)So, it's widely accepted that the powers in control of the USA are
spying on email, pohone, and bank records. But, has there been any
documentation of mail spying?

Today I got a letter from an important contact in VA Beach, a half
hours drive from where I live (Newport News). It had been sealed
with tape as many people do nowadays, but the tape was broken open,
as if someone had examined the contents. Also the letter was mailed
8 days ago, and postmarked 6 days prior to receipt. Very Strange I
think.

This is overt spying (if so), much like in KMart or some store that
has cameras and TV screen showing the customer they are being
watched. Maybe the gov't feels the same sort of course is
appropriate for our citizens?

I am very honest, this is both good and bad, hopefully it'll make it easier and faster for you to decide if you like me. The meek shall inherit the earth. I'm constantly learning and trying to be better and help those around me better. I try not to be materialistic and egotistical. (But..) I'm self-sufficient, own my own house and car, and have my first BS degree. I'm very resourceful and adaptive. I'm very progressive. I wish everyone could be open-minded.
