I remember when I bought my house back in the day. I had to negotiate down a 1 year of ISP debt to get my credit approved. It was worth it though; I've managed to get my credit score down pretty low since then, luckily. DEBT FREE in 7 years that's my goal.

A disabled veteran of ten years active Marine Corps service in Korea,
MacMichael was a Defense Department consultant from 1965 to 1969 in
Southeast Asia. During most of that period he was attached to the office of
the Special Assistant for Counter-Insurgency at the U.S. Embassy in
Bangkok. In that capacity he reviewed classified reports from the U.S.
mission in Vietnam. MacMichael said today: "Some Vietnam veterans are
outraged that presidential candidate Kerry in his 1971 Senate testimony
spoke of atrocities reportedly committed by U.S. military forces in
Vietnam. There is more than a little substance to the charge. The Toledo
Blade won the 2004 Pulitzer Prize by revealing that in 1967 the 101st
Airborne Division created a 'Tiger Force' ordered to kill all Vietnamese
males in Quang Ngi Province. According to official U.S. Army records
unearthed by the Blade reporters, Tiger Force killed many hundreds of
Vietnamese and, yes, soldiers of that force did proudly ware necklaces of
the ears they cut from their victims. The Army did investigate and
identified the perpetrators of the crimes but chose not to prosecute them."

Willson is a former Air Force captain who served in Vietnam. He said today:
"As head of a 40-man USAF combat security unit in Vietnam, I was separately
tasked to assess 'success' of targeted bombings. I discovered egregious war
crimes -- daylight terror bombings of undefended fishing and rice farming
villages resulting in mass murders and maimings of hundreds of residents.
Subsequently, in conversations with members of the 9th Infantry Division, I
heard bravado about slaughter of 11,000 'enemy' from ground operations,
though the vast majority proved to be unarmed civilians."
Willson added: "The U.S. intervention into Vietnam ITSELF was an
extraordinarily egregious war of aggression, a crime against peace no less
than the current illegal U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq and
Afghanistan, based on lies and gross violations of the U.S. Constitution.
When honestly examined, conduct of the Vietnam War amounted to a systematic
pattern of incomprehensible crimes -- massive numbers of civilian murders
and destruction of civilian infrastructures through years of ground
actions, indiscriminate bombings, chemical poisoning, use of incendiary
weapons and napalm, scorched-earth campaigns, forced transfers of
civilians, and regular utilization of mutilation and torture. This litany
of crimes violated virtually every rule of war ever formulated and can be
found in the public record. Behavior in Iraq and Afghanistan is similar. It
is a moral and legal obligation for those of us who witnessed and/or
participated in war crimes to acknowledge them so that they might not be
repeated. Impunity from accountability enables the pattern of war crimes to
continue. Truth telling, as painful as it might be, is an indispensable
foundation for personal and collective healing and enlightenment.
Constitutional government collapses when its agents are not held legally
accountable for their actions, from the top to the bottom." Willson, a
trained lawyer, wrote a chapter in the just-released anthology "Genocide,
War Crimes & the West: History and Complicity.

Stephen Gardner has been touted by the anti-Kerry group Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and by conservative hosts as a singularly authoritative critic with firsthand knowledge of Senator John Kerry's (D-MA) record in Vietnam because Gardner -- unlike all the other members of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth -- actually served on a swift boat that Kerry commanded. Tucker Carlson lied about Bob Dole's lies; Dole falsely claimed that '96 campaign didn't promote his war record
On the August 23 edition of CNN's Crossfire, co-host Tucker Carlson repeated a false claim made by former Republican presidential candidate and regular CNN contributor Bob Dole on CNN the day before, then falsely denied that Dole had made another. Carlson repeated Dole's false charge that Senator John Kerry (D-MA) "never bled" as a result of his wounds in Vietnam and denied that Dole said Kerry received two Purple Hearts for the same day -- even as co-host Paul Begala tried to correct him. The Wall Street Journal repeated a long-discredited charge that Senator John Kerry (D-MA) reenacted combat scenes on film during his service in the Vietnam War in order to enhance his future political ambitions. In an August 24 editorial, the Journal alleged that Kerry "exaggerated some of his exploits even to the strange extent of restaging events while in Vietnam so he could film them for political posterity." Matthews falsely claimed Kerry's 1971 Senate testimony "seemed" to say Americans were "all Lieutenant Calleys"
Host Chris Matthews, on the August 23 edition of MSNBC's Hardball, claimed that Senator John Kerry "seemed to be saying" Americans were "all Lieutenant Calleys" in Kerry's 1971 testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Matthews's remark came in response to Hardball guest Stanley Karnow, author of Vietnam: A History (Penguin Books, 1997), who said that defeat in the Vietnam War "awoke Americans to the fact that we're not all John Waynes." Democracy for Idiots CORRECTIONS and RESPONSES:
1. For the record, my wife did not "commit" me to ESH. This very important correction and I formally apologize for any harm it may have caused. My wife was very supportive of me throughout this ordeal, and I acknowledge her pain was no less than mine.
2. The NNPD had gathered information (through illegal means) that I was an US Navy Veteran PRIOR TO incarcerating me or formally charging me with a crime, point blank range. Big Brother may be big, but he is not your brother.
3. My divorce lawyer couldn't stop the opposition from presenting report after report that had no legal ground to be presented to a jury. Luckily, the Appellate Judge saw through the Bush it, and reversed all but one of the prior judge�?s decrees, 11 MONTHS AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. I am one man and need your vigilance to ensure all links and statements are true, like me.
