Re: NYC
Ok, well, just let me know what you decide.
I'm not sure how long the house has been listed for. I'd expect a lot of offers the first week or two. Then, after that you'll know which one to take. The agent should've shown her a market analysis given a very good estimate of what she can sell it for. That's hopefully how she chose the 129k price. After that, it's only a matter of time before getting a suitable offer. Then, as you know she'll have the earnest money check put into escrow. Then you can move towards closing.
Later,
Peter

Hey Pete,
I just finished a tree cutting job with Katherine we made 100.00, if we advertised we could get these little jobs more often, We might have one more landscaping job this week, but work is extremely scarce, I'm getting a little concerned. There's so many thought's on making money down here, but I don't like the idea of renting machines and borrowing Ralph's all the time. I have some equipment but could use more and more advertising. Anyhow I could always try nyc and am leaning to go there for awhile , just to get collateral and come back and make a killing. Problem is Katherine is here all alone and doesn't want me to leave! She's selling her house- got and offer of 120,000 ---shewon't go les than 5,000 her original price 129,000.

Hey Pops,
I finished up my obligation to PJ here, and wouldn't mind giving the
courier thing a try in NYC.
If we could get small trailer or something for my bike, that might be the
best thing up there, right? Otherwise I'd just catch a ride up there with
you, and go from there. I figure I could just catch a Greyhound or train
back whenever I'm ready for a break or whatever.
Let me know what you think.
